1. Refund and Return Eligibility: We accept returns and provide refunds under the following conditions:

  • The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • The item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Defective or damaged items (only) are eligible for return and refund, subject to inspection.
  • 5% handling fee will be deducted from the order value for the return-change of mind.

2. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:

  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”

3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at knobsandhandlesaustralia@gmail.com to request a return authorization within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any promotional items.
  • Clearly write the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

4. Return Shipping Costs: For returns/replace of items, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping expenses. If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 15 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

6. Partial Refunds: In some cases, we may offer partial refunds for items that are returned with signs of use, missing parts, or damaged packaging.

7. Exchange: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order.

8. Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. If the order has already shipped, you will need to initiate a return once you receive the package.
